Media Studies
Reily McGee (She/They) is a Master's Student at the University of Colorado - Boulder and a fellow at the Center for Media, Religion, and Culture. Her research focuses on studying the intersections between digital gaming, religion, trans identity, and the body. They have presented on topics such as trans modification and virtual pilgrimage and written for publications such as Rhytmns, Press Start, and NEXT. Beyond academics, she spends much of their time working on poetry and short fiction having published mostly in zines and community writing projects.
